Portrait of Raimondo di Montecuccoli in armor with a marshal's staff. Circa 1660
Located in Firenze, IT
Portrait of Raimondo di Montecuccoli in armor with a marshal's staff. Dutch School. Oil on canvas Dutch School. Circle of Peter Nason (Amsterdam, 1612 - 1690 The Hague). Portrait of a military commander in armor with a marshal's staff. In the portrait of the illustrious general Raimondo Montecuccoli, it can be observed that he still appears without the Order of the Golden Toson. This detail suggests that the portrait could be dated before 1664. Raimondo Montecuccoli was a famous general and military strategist of the 17th century in the service of the Habsburg Empire. Born in 1609 in Italy, Montecuccoli fought in numerous European wars, distinguishing himself for his tactical and strategic abilities. He is best known for his victories during the Thirty Years' War and the war against the Turks. Montecuccoli is also remembered for his writings on military theory, which influenced subsequent generations of commanders. He died in 1680. Montecuccoli came from a noble Italian family but chose to pursue a military career in the service of the Habsburg Empire. He studied in Vienna and fought in numerous battles and military campaigns, earning the trust of Emperor Leopold I. Montecuccoli was known for his discipline, his ability to adapt to situations on the battlefield, and his skill in leading troops with cunning and determination. Montecuccoli fought in many significant battles during the Thirty Years' War and the wars against the Turks. Some of his most famous battles include the Battle of Lens in 1648, where he achieved a decisive victory against French forces, and the Battle of Vezekény in 1664, where he defeated the Ottoman army. He faced adversaries such as the renowned French general Turenne and the great Turkish commander Kara Mustafa...

Champagne Bottle Cover, Luxury Gift, Serpent and Roses, Solid Silver, Italy
By K-OVER
Located in Firenze, IT
This Champagne K-OVER is a distinguished piece from our Nature Collection. Crafted entirely from pure Silver 999/°°, this exceptional cover has been meticulously chiseled and engraved by hand by our talented artist, Lorenzo Foglia. Lorenzo skillfully combined the sinuous shape of a serpent with the elegant form of roses, creating a harmonious and captivating design. Serpents symbolize transformation and eternity, while roses represent beauty and passion. Together, they create a powerful and meaningful design. The serpent and roses have a shiny, polished effect, capturing light and emphasizing their intricate details. In contrast, the background has been expertly oxidized and chiseled to achieve a darker, matte effect, enhancing the main elements’ brilliance. This Champagne K-OVER is more than just a functional cover; it is a celebration of artistic expression and symbolism. Whether displayed as a centerpiece or used to keep your champagne perfectly chilled, it stands as a testament to Lorenzo Foglia‘s skill and creativity, making it an exquisite addition to any collection The ideal gift for someone who has almost everything. Decideing to buy a K-over to enrich your table can be a special treat for yourself. Our mission is to transform the high-end gifting landscape by offering a sophisticated alternative to traditional investments in noble metals. Our master silversmiths and goldsmiths bring years of experience working with precious metals. Committed to excellence, we utilize only the purest materials, such as 24K Gold, 999 fine Silver, and Bronze, crafted from extremely pure composition alloys. Each product's value is certified, and a certificate of authenticity is provided at the time of purchase. A special display case will be delivered with the k-over. Artist information Lorenzo Foglia, was born in Viareggio in 1971. He grew up in his family workshop, and still very young, started working there together with his father and grandfather. There, he studied the art of metalworking and learned embossing and chisel techniques. During his career he created furniture and jewellery for the Royal Houses of Europe, the theatre and cinema. He won twice the international competition “Art in a jewel”, promoted by Florence Gift Mart. He is President of the Silversmiths of the city of Florence and he is “Master Craftsman” recognized by Tuscany Region, “OMA Craftsman”, and “Master of Art and Craft” for the Cologni Foundation of Milan. Recently, he has been working with K-OVER for the project: works of art. He signed all the champagne cover he chiselled. Technical features K-Over by PMP Firenze has been a pillar in Italian craftsmanship for over 40 years, continuing the tradition of the most skilled silversmiths and metal artisans. K-Over is the new brand, our covers merge our deep knowledge of champagne, wine, and art with innovation and expertise. We have crafted luxury champagne and wine bottle covers that are innovative, highly customizable, and suitable for a diverse range of occasions. An Insulating Interior that lines the interior of the casing, keeping the bottle at an optimal temperature for at least two hours. Our covers are not only aesthetically pleasing but practical. Pure silver’s resistance to oxidation simplifies cleaning and polishing, while its antibacterial properties ensure safety for use with food and beverages. Apart from their design, one of the characteristics that make our champagne and wine covers unique is that they are reusable by simply unscrewing the bottom cap. They can be reused as often as you want, cleaned, polished, and displayed as a luxury decorative accessory. Covers are suitable for Champagne bottles such as: Moet Et Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Cristal, Pol Roger...

Nido, Flush Mount Brass and Glass Chandelier 8 Arms, Low Ceiling Best, Free Ship
By Silvio Piattelli, Stilnovo
Located in Tavarnelle val di Pesa, Florence
This chandelier is specifically designed for low ceilings, with a height of only 13 inches (32 cm). The arms and shade holders are made of brass, while the central part is made of metal to hold the leverage. The glass spheres have a diameter of almost 5 inches (12 cm), and the angled arms of different lengths recreate the asymmetry found in the 1950s creations by renowned designers such as Angelo Lelii and Gio Ponti. Our design plays with the arms to create a beautiful combination. The chandelier hosts eight E12/E14 bulbs, with a maximum wattage of 480 watts. The shades are made of thick brass and beautifully finished by hand to resemble the texture of drum cymbals...
