An authentic, hand-signed limited edition embossed serigraph titled "Florida (Pearl Dress)" by master Art Deco designer Erté (Romain de Tirtoff, 1892–1990), published in 1989 by Chalk & Vermilion / Seven Arts. Hard to photo, please excuse reflections.
Part of Erté’s celebrated American Millionairesses Revisited series, this work is based on an original 1917 costume design created for the American Millionairess Revue at the Théâtre Fémina in Paris. The print features intricate blind embossing, shimmering gold foil stamping, and subtle pearlized texturing.
Housed in its original custom Wentworth Gallery Art Deco frame featuring textured gold-leaf corner accents and multi-tiered matting that echoes the work's geometric backdrop. The artwork is safely preserved beneath plexiglass glazing that does not touch the paper, keeping the foil and blind embossing in pristine, untouched condition (minor internal friction rubs present on the brown matting from the glazing edge). Retains its original Wentworth Gallery inventory label on the reverse with matching pencil-numbered edition stock details."

Excellent vintage condition overall. The serigraph itself is crisp, clean, and untouched—the plexiglass glazing is set away from the paper surface with proper clearance, preserving the gold foil stamping, blind embossing, and pearl texturing in original, pristine shape. The brown matting shows minor internal rub marks along the edge from contact with the plexiglass interior, which is common for larger gallery frames of this age and does not affect the artwork itself. The custom Wentworth frame shows minor, normal age-appropriate surface wear along the outer edges, remaining sturdy, structurally sound, and display-ready.
