Worked from White Marble with a Lehariya chevron pattern carved across the full sphere, this globe lamp translates a traditional Rajasthani textile motif into illuminated stone. When lit, the translucent marble glows and the carved channels become visible in sharp relief. Serves as a floor lamp, globe light, sphere light, garden light, outdoor light, or illuminated sculpture. The form integrates naturally into Art Deco, Hollywood Regency, and Contemporary interiors.
The globe is carved from solid White Marble. Each hemisphere is first lathe-turned to achieve the spherical form before the Lehariya pattern is marked and carved by hand across the surface. The chevron motif is worked in consistent relief and continues uninterrupted around the globe. The stone is hand-finished and polished after carving is completed.
Available in 18" and 16"dia versions. The piece functions as a floor lamp, globe light, sphere light, garden light, outdoor light, landscape lighting...
