This 'Bark' collection mirror is a stunning blend of nature and craftsmanship, featuring sculptural tree bark fragments that have been handpicked from UK grounds for their unique textures and shapes. Each fragment is carefully molded and cast in bronze in the lost wax method, capturing the intricate details of the bark's natural form. After casting, the bronze pieces are skilfully welded and soldered together, following the designer's precise composition to create a seamless, eye-catching arrangement. The completed cast pieces are then attached to a sturdy bronze frame, resulting in a striking mirror that is both a functional piece and a work of art. The mirror shown in the pictures measured 125cm x 65cm and is finished in gold patina. However, it is available to order in custom sizes and finishes with pricing adjusted accordingly.
