This extraordinary near flawless specimen of hand-carved and hand-polished labradorite is stunning. The large bird is carved from one giant piece of semi-precious labradorite stone and conveys a highly detailed appearance with each section of the feathers hand-etched and hand-carved to appear as life-like as possible. The eyes are an impressive life-like color and made up of tsavorite cabochons.
