Important Gilt Bronze Clockset by Raingo Frères

About the Item

This exquisite 19th-century fine gilt-bronze clocks garniture by Joseph Raingo is a masterpiece of craftsmanship and design. The set features a central clock adorned with intricate figures of cherubs, who are depicted in dynamic poses, adding a sense of movement and life of the piece. The clock face itself is elegantly detailed, with Roman numerals set against a white background, framed by ornate gilt-bronze work. Flanking the clock are two grand candelabras, each holding multiple candle holders, and similarly embellished with detailed cherubic figures and elaborate scrolling foliage.
