Leg Show

Upholstery has been recently updated and in fine condition with no issues. The mahogany frames, legs and cross stretchers show minimal wear. These are ready to use.

The commode is raised on four cabriole legs, whose curvy lines show the same restraint noticed on the rest of the body.

Dimensions: 40" H x 21" W x 18" D (19" to seat) Condition: Good, minimal wear, a few rub marks on legs. Clean upholstery. Shows well. Ready to place.

Black ebonized walnut in all the piece. The legs are adorned with filigree carved motifs repeated at the end of the straight legs.

Note that the last picture (LH-1068 Straight Leg Chippendale style) shows an optional antique white finish with van dyke brown glazing to highlight the carvings.  

The table is in good condition without any major scratches or damages. The legs, originally in polished chrome, shows patina and some marks consistent with its age.

The grain of the stained oak flows beautifully on both pieces, though the arms and legs do show several scrapes and scratches. The stained lacquer topcoat on the arms appears chaffed.

Older restoration of mahogany legs and recovering of upholstery shows minor scuffs and scratches to bases and rub marks to high-quality fabric.

This is a sheet metal fireplace screen with nice cast iron “legs”. The painting shows beautiful flowers in a vase.
