21st Century Noden Furniture Design Custom Made Wooden Dining Chairs, Set of 10
About the Item
21st c., superbly hand crafted, heirloom quality custom wooden and upholstered dining chairs. Dovetailed and mitered joints, each chair signed "Noden". Per the now retired maker, the chairs are of white oak. The upholstery is a geometric navy, beige and cream pattern. The photographs can not do justice to the exceptional craftsmanship and beauty of these chairs.
Commissioned from the New Jersey studio of Geoffrey Noden. His work is distinguished by meticulous attention to detail and superb quality. All lumber used was from locally acquired hardwoods, milled and kiln dried by Noden Furniture Design. Using craftsman woodworking techniques, such as dovetail and mortise and tenon joinery, the studio produced exceptional quality work of great beauty and high function. The studio is no longer in operation and so this is a unique opportunity to acquire work from this maker.
