Jan Kaláb Prints and Multiples

Jan Kaláb is a Czech visual artist born on June 20, 1978, in Prague. He began his career in graffiti in the early 1990s, after the fall of the Soviet Union. His adolescence was marked by this historical turning point and he was seized by the development of an urban art reclaiming public space. His style quickly stood out and he managed to make a name for himself in Europe under the pseudonyms of Cakes and Point.  After years as a prolific graffiti artist, Kaláb entered the Academy of Fine Arts, Prague, where he earned a master's degree in 2006. Kaláb is also the founder of the legendary DSK CREW.
