Edward Lipski (UK, b. 1966) is an artist and sculptor known for successfully expressing uncomfortable places in the human psyche through super-real mannequins as well as cartoonlike figures.
This piece, entitled 'Girl 3', depicts a human child (female?) torso with its facial features covered in dark, upswept hair, seated on a down-filled pillow, encased in plexiglass.
