This is a pair of Barcelona Lounge Chairs, model 250LS, initially designed by Mies van der Rohe and Lilly Reich in 1929. These examples were produced by Knoll in the United States in 1995, and the listed price includes the pair. They feature solid, hand-polished stainless-steel frames (vs. the more commonly seen chrome-plated editions) and have cushions upholstered in Spinneybeck "Sabrina" calfskin leather in Nasturtium, a color that resembles a deep terracotta. The retail price of these chairs was over double the cost of a standard chrome Barcelona chair, rendering them to be very special indeed.
Each chair measures 30 inches long, 29.5 inches wide, and 30.25 inches high. Their seat height is 17 inches. Both the frames and the leather upholstery are in good condition, with some light cat scratches...

Offered for sale is a truly classic styled Sofa with outward angled arms to simulate their being on a hinge, however, they are fixed. The long bench seat cushion is made with an envelope-type inner fill foam core with a down and feather wrap. The three loose back cushions are all down and feather-filled. The sofa is upholstered in an off-white linen fabric. The legs are sled-style covering underneath each arm completely. They are finished in a dark espresso color. The frame is made with solid hardwood construction.
Although this is a showroom floor model, it is in very good condition and presents well.
