EMMANUELLE.  Japanese Release Poster, 1970s.  Offset print in colours on paper. Japan, for the local theatrical release of Emmanuelle (dir. Just Jaeckin, 1974). A striking and highly collectible Japanese poster for the landmark French erotic drama Emmanuelle, starring Sylvia Kristel. The design features a sensuous photographic portrait of Kristel seated in a wicker peacock chair, adorned with pearls and partially draped in translucent fabric, set within a warm, exotic interior.
