This fine and impressive vintage brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold. The brooch is ornamented to the centre with a feature fourteen-claw set 0.93ct emerald cut emerald. The central stone is flanked on either side by a collet set round brilliant cut ruby, totalling 0.24ct. Either end of the central elongated quatrefoil-shaped setting is embellished with eight collet set eight-cut diamonds. The border of the central setting is ornamented with thirty-four pavé set diamonds. The stylised leaf shaped terminals of the brooch feature twenty-seven pavé set eight cut diamonds, completing the design. The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and sheath fastening.
