These bold wool rugs are a matching pair of handmade flatwoven kilims, woven by hand in the early 2000s, circa 2010. The design features a trio of geometric medallions woven in accents of ivory, green and red on a yellow background. This has then been framed by a decorative geometric design and a layered border. Suitable for styling with both classic and contemporary interiors.
These rugs are currently joint at the fringe, making one long runner, however, they can be separated to make two separate area rugs.
These beautiful wool kilims were made with organic hand-spun wool and Silk that have been dyed with organic dyeing techniques that have been used for generations. The materials and flatweave techniques used make this area rug highly durable and sure to last decades if cared for correctly.
