Rare pair of Italian Mid-Century Modern benches or stools attributed to Gio Ponti featuring hand cut wood side panels in a unique, organic form. These pieces are reflective of the work of Gio Ponti circa 1955 and, in particular his work at the Parco di Principe hotel. The hotel featured several pieces utilizing free form, cut-out forms which created a distinct sculptural aesthetic among the furnishings.
