Above the crown is a porcelain heat shield typically found on gas lamps. That shield is an added detail that makes this now electrified lamp a bit different.

This is a real interesting Humphrey gas lamp. Its signed in 2 places... etched into the globe and dated as well on the bottom shade holder.

This is an odd and impressive industrial gas lamp. It's newly converted to take 3 bulbs and uses black twisted fabric covered wire.

This newly wired gas lamp signed SOLAR has a small white porcelain body with an interesting ring of vented cutouts and the original gas seasaw valve and chains.
