Unique set of limited edition 2003 Art Toys by Michael Lau in collaboration with Maharishi and Nike. This set includes all the S.F.C.C. figures : G.E.O.R.G.E., P.E.T.E.R., T.O.M., J.A.M.E.S., S.T.E.P.H.E.N., R.I.C.H.A.R.D., D.A.V.I.D., M.A.R.Y. and W.H.O.. The two versions, natural and black of the S.F.R.B.'S. The S.F.C.C. sci-ficrazychildren book and last but not least the extremely rare S.F.C.C. C21, the Kriegsmachine. When, in 2003, you bought any of the figures, a secret part would come with it. If you had all of the S.F.C.C.'s and, you were lucky, you had all the secret parts to assemble C21, the Kriegsmachine.
All figures are in great condition and come with their own box, except C21, stickers, tape and cutter gloves, a piece of rope and their misty heads. The height of CC21 is 38 cm / 14.960 inches.
These designer toys have been in storage since 2003 out of sunlight and in a smoke free environment.
The price includes insured transport.

Artists use a variety of materials, such as ABS plastic, vinyl, wood, metal, latex, plush, and resin. Creators often have backgrounds in graphic design, illustration, or fine art, but many accomplished toy artists are self-taught. The first Designer Toys appeared in the 1990s in Hong Kong and Japan. By the early 2000s, the majority of Designer Toys were based upon characters created by popular Lowbrow artists, forever linking the two movements.

A monumental four-part sculpture that fits together to form a four-sided pyramid titled "Eye of the Pyramid" by the noted late artist Bijan Bahar. Mr Bahar sadly passed away a couple of years ago. We had the pleasure of getting to know him as he spent his last few years in Palm Springs. This was created in the late 1980s and is signed and numbered 5/6. It is in good age appropriate condition but has been recently re-polished. There are some minor marks from handling but nothing major. There is some cloudiness to the lucite from age. Note the bottom is sanded to a Frost finish by the artist. Each piece is signed and numbered. It was purchased directly from the artist and his team re-polished it. Please note that Bijan blunted the points of the tops for safety reasons when he created the sculpture.
