Faux Fur Case Pieces and Storage Cabinets

I wanted to create something that would not reveal what it is at first glance. The result is a cabinet with no flat outer surface — every plane carries some form of curvature, each one shaped gradually by hand, using traditional tools and methods. The body is built from European oak, the drawers from maple. Their outer faces are finished in several hand-sanded layers of sealant beneath a polished polyurethane coat, while the drawer interiors keep the distinctive texture left by carving chisels — a deliberate contrast between the polished outside and the raw, hand-worked inside. The idea continues into every detail. The legs are round in form: one turned from cherry wood into an ellipse, the others welded from steel into spheres. All drawer mechanisms are hidden underneath, so nothing interrupts the silhouette. The rear wall is aluminum; the connecting elements are stainless steel.
