The Tribal Table uses large scale hot-rolled steel, the concept, albeit not literal, is for the front of the table to represent the bow of a ship, and the back legs the rudder. These 3/8” thick hot-rolled steel legs are not symmetrical but rather slightly offset to deliver tension between the fore and aft ends.
