Offered by J R Richards Tang dynasty white pottery prancing horse. (618-907A.D.) TL Tested from Oxford Authentication. Measures: 23" tall X 23" length X 10" depth.

Very impressive scale and beautiful patina on the unglazed clay surface. TL test number: 785A61.1

Good condition of conservation, with the exception of a small lack and a restoration to be made at the mane's level (see photos N° 9 and 10). Sold with TL test.  

Standing with arms folded under her sleeves and dressed in a full body silk pleated robe. TL tested with Oxford authentication. 20" tall x 5" x 5" Condition excellent for age.

Decorated with long manes, blanketed saddles, and bell shaped medallions, these horses were made for the Tang Aristocracy. TL tested with Oxford authentication.
