The vintage studio pottery ceramic ikebana vase is decorated with crystalline glaze in striking, bright blue and yellow palette. The vase was hand thrown on a wheel; blue color crystals on muted yellow colored base were grown in a kiln during a very long, controlled firing. Each crystalline piece is unique due to the nature of the glaze. The vase was allowed to develop an abundance of distinct, graphic crystals, creating a free-flowing abstract pattern and adding rich texture to the minimally shaped piece. The opening is placed asymmetrically on the side of the vase and is outfitted with flower frog.

An exceptional, impressive unique Cobridge pottery ruskin glazed vase by Anita Harris and glazed by Justin Emery and dating from around 2000. The large round bulbous stoneware vase stands on a round skirted base with a widening round body and short flared top rim. The body of the vase is decorated in high fired deep red glazes with green almost textured like markings and with a deep blue interior. The vase bears various impressed makers marks to the base and comes with an original Certificate of Authenticity recording this as a Trial Piece by Anita Harris and bearing her signature. The vase further has a red paper label from the Henry Sandon Collection sale at Mallams, Oxford on 23rd May 2012. He has won several art prizes for sculpture and participated in group exhibitions in Belgium and abroad.

A massive and magnificent ceramic Tsubo jar by Japanese potter Tsujimura Yui (1975-). Inspired by the techniques and aesthetics of the early medieval Sue ware, the artist hand builds an impressive voluminous oviform, irregular by intention, from a combination clay from both Shigaraki and Iga, coarse by nature and rich in feldspar. Fired on their sides horizontally, the surface of the thick wall tsubo is covered with streaks and drips of natural ash glazes in shades of green and blue, forming an abstract and mesmerizing pattern that resembles geothermal earth activity. Additional ashes are blown during the firing to accentuate the textures. Most recognizably, there are many circular marks scattered on the surface of his archaic looking vessels. That is resulted from using stacked tea bowls to prevent the conjoining of the vessels. After the firing, the stacked vessels are chipped away, leaving behind those circular impression, as well as deep pools of glaze which gather where they were placed.
