Very big and heavy Murano vase in "Sommerso" glass. The peculiar technique, translating to "submerged", consists in joining two layers of different colours glass, so that one looks to be absorbed by the other. In this case, the two colours are green for the core and clear/crystal for the outer layer. The piece is fluid, and is an abstract sculpture in its own right beside being an actual vase. It is preserved in very good original conditions, with minor scratches/hairlines and the expectable patina of a four decades old object...
