Lovely Copper Enameled Platter from the 1950s by Harold Tishler. A dusty rose enamel over the bright copper background graces this piece. There are some intentional gray streaks over some areas. The bottom is glaze with a maroon cloor center and outer edge and a soft pink circle separating the two. Instead of having a sharp edge around the circumsference, the edge has been folded over and under creating a soft rim. Signed on the bottom H. Tishler. Condition: Very Good. Miniature is a very ancient technique which consists of painting works in small proportions. It was born for the decoration of the first letter of the paragraph of the books.
