The frame is made from solid teak and the cushions have been newly upholstered in coarse, woven and striped Kilim. The cover is removable and can be cleaned.

I sourced this newly-made, striped kilim Zanafi in the area of Khenifra, Morocco.

Low to medium pile with a flatweave, striped kilim part on each endings. The rug is quite heavy so it would perfectly fit in a high traffic area.

This vintage Kilim was handwoven in the second half of the 20th century. The flat-woven rug is woven from uncolored natural wool in the colors dark brown to black and creamy white.
