How can I tell if an Indian blanket is real?

You can tell if a Native American blanket is real by looking for lazy lines. These are slight aberrations in the texture when the weaver moved position. You can also look at the ends — if there is double or triple warping with cotton, these are not authentic. Authentic blankets have a continuous warp that runs around, while the knock-offs will be cut and woven back in.
