What is artistic furniture called?

1 Answer
What is artistic furniture called?
Artistic furniture isn't called by any particular name. The term “artistic furniture” usually describes pieces that are highly imaginative and that break from traditional conventions. Over the years, designers working in a wide range of styles produced these types of furnishings. Examples include Salvador Dalí's Surrealist Lips sofa, Joe Colombo's Space Age Tube chair, Verner Panton's mid-century modern Panton chair and Philippe Starck's postmodern Louis Ghost chair.
