What is the difference between Emporio Armani and Giorgio Armani?

Emporio Armani along with Giorgio Armani are the only two ready-to-wear brands that are mainly designed by Giorgio Armani himself. Giorgio Armani is the highest-end line for the brand and can only be found in in Giorgio Armani boutiques, specialty clothiers and select high-end department stores. Emporio Armani is the second brand of Armani family, features ready-to-wear and runway collections and is slightly less expensive than the Giorgio Armani line.
