The most famous mosaic artist is arguably Antoni Gaudì. He is also, without a doubt, the most internationally well-known Spanish architect. His integrated conception of architecture led him to pay attention not only to structural calculations but also to all the decorative elements that would form part of a building, and he produced many breathtaking mosaics for his designs. Striking examples of his mosaic art can be found on the Casa Batlló, La Pedrera and Parc Güell in Barcelona. Other well-known mosaic artists include Sonia King and the French street artist Invader.
