This tempera is hand signed by the artist "G. Severini" in the lower right image.
It is dedicated in pencil ‘al caro vecchio amico Raffaele Carrieri, affectuoso riccordi di Gino Severini’ [to a dear old friend Raffaelle Carrieri, with affectionate memories, Gino Severini] in the lower right corner.
It was created in 1959.

The celebrated poet Raffaele Carrieri (1905-1984).
Private Collection, Milan.
The work comes with a photo-certificate of authenticity by Romana Severini Brunori dated on 13/05/2025.
Condition: Very good condition. There is pinpoint foxing across the sheet, predominantly in the lower margin. The upper two corners with time-staining from previous hinging.

Gino Severini
Gino Severini (7 April 1883 – 26 February 1966) was an Italian painter and a leading member of the Futurist movement. For much of his life he divided his time between Paris and Rome. He was associated with neo-classicism and the "return to order" in the decade after the First World War. During his career he worked in a variety of media, including mosaic and fresco. He showed his work at major exhibitions, including the Rome Quadrennial, and won art prizes from major institutions.
