A rare brass fireplace tool stand with a candle holder featuring an intricate repoussé coat of arms with five cherubs each having a fire tool hook. The solid main shaft has a twist detail and sits on a tripod base with matching legs. Surmounted by a dual candlestick holder that is adjustable and has animal head details. Topped by a brass finial. Weighs over 20 lbs. and is attributed to famous craftsman Oscar Bach (German 1884-1957).
