About the Item

A spectacular Art Deco illuminated clock featuring a sculpture of the water carrier / Nude with Vase. The exquisite geometric design of the clock case is crafted from Portoro marble and white onyx, adorned with a geometric spelter structure holding the clock dial. It is mounted by a cold-painted spelter sculpture of a kneeling lady holding an alabaster vase. In good vintage condition, with general wear consistent with age and use. The clock operates with a French, 8-day, striking platform movement, which has recently been serviced and is in good working order.
