About the Item
Lovely Art Deco brass mantle clock from Smiths clock makers Circa 1930. Highly polished & lacquered brass casing with a black dial & Roman numerals. Eight day wind up movement that has been fully stripped down oiled & serviced so keeping excellent time keeping. Made by Smith's English Clocks Ltd of London, believed to be the Smiths Type 1 introduced in 1933.
This is a heavy and substantial clock. Lovely condition, fully restored and ready for it's new home.
