French Silver Desk Clock by Boin-Taburet, Paris, in Original Case

About the Item

French silver desk timepiece clock very high quality. Napoleon III period. The case of beautifully cast silver with leaf and dart decoration to the base and to the bezel. The waste of the clock decorated with a band, swags and wreaths of laurel leaf. Gilt bronze dial with blued steel tri-form hands. 8 day timepiece movement with lever escapement. Signed on the dial Boin Taburet Paris. Signed in the silver Boin-Taburet, Paris and numbered and with company silver stamp and French silver mark. It is in its original silk lined box also signed Boin-Taburet Rue Pasquier, 3 Paris.
