A molded Czech vase in translucent pinkish glass from the 1930s Art Déco era that exhibits a polygonal base. Attributed to entrepreneur Curt Schlevogt's 'Ingrid' collection, several lithe nude figures dance gracefully beneath leafy grapevines bearing fruit clusters. Smooth flowing lines align with the vase's organic form for visual harmony. Fine details clearly define facial features, limbs, and hair with subtle texture for added interest.
Founded to export glass beads in 1928, Schlevogt soon pursued artistic glass production. His 1934 'Ingrid' collection debut in Leipzig featured hand-finished molded glass collaborations with prominent artists. Though markings are absent, quality indicates provenance. With exceptional craftsmanship and intricate figural decoration encapsulating Czech Art Déco style, this vase would make an important addition to any 20th-century decorative arts collection.
