Classic Explosion Proof Globe Lamp

The explosion proof globes have always been a favourite of mine and I offer a number of different examples with a 5 inch diameter. But I have never seen an explosion proof fixture with a thick glass 8 inch diameter. The impressive scale of this unique Industrial lamp gives it a striking appearance. The heavy glass screws into a two-piece top of brass and cast iron. The globe has the feel of small fish bowl. This is a nice dramatic Industrial pendant. This Classic design is an Industrial icon and original examples are very difficult to find. If you are doing a restaurant, hotel or just 3 matching lamps over a kitchen island, good luck trying to find a matching set.
