Regence Style Large Carved Giltwood Mirror
About the Item
This highly decorative large mirror has a carved central crested pediment flanked by griffins. The open mirrored side panels, combined with the large central shaped plate give a great deal of reflective light. The slender panels of mirrored glass are inset in well- carved shaped surrounds.
This is a classic Regence look, this later example has all the right qualities.
