About the Item
Stunning Scandinavian modern lounge chair by architect Carl Axel Acking for Nordiska Kompaniet, Sweden 1957. The chair was shown at the Triennale in Milan the same year, this is where the name comes from. Constructed out of a beautiful warm patinated solid stained oak frame which supports the thick saddle leather seat and backrest construction. The leather has been replaced by a true craftsman following the old model. Due to this, we can ensure a durable, comfortable and ultimate supporting seat again.
