About the Item
The massive wood base of the Pola sofa is a nod to Sebastian Herkner's passion for craftsmanship and forgotten ancestral techniques.
The designer had in mind the traditional architecture of woodwork and the joinery details. The upside-down Pole’s frame is not above the head but rather below and the smooth wooden beam construction gives a floating aspect to the opulent cushions. The elegant textile straps and the refined structure give a modern approach to this tailored sofa. A generous and robust design.
