This is a Boet Bar Stool, originally designed by Note Design Studio in 2011. These particular examples were produced by Mitab in Sweden in the 2010s. The stools are comprised of a black metal base with a cork seat.
The listed price includes one stool and there are five available to purchase.
Each stool measures 14.75 inches deep, 14.75 inches wide, and 32.5 inches high. These pieces show light wear from previous use including some marks on the cork seats as well as surface blemishes on the metal bases. Overall, the stools are in good to very good condition. Please see photos.
