This is a rather remarkable Adams buffet or commode. The design of the case is actually mated to the design and layout of the painted floral and figural scenes as are the legs. This is highly unusual and very beautiful. The cabinet was made with some of the finest satinwood on the outside and a solid mahogany substrate underneath.
