About the Item
18th Century Country French Vaisselier Buffet in Stripped Oak is the perfect choice for storing, displaying and serving, all in one! Hand-crafted from dense, old-growth indigenous oak, it features a bold crown molding atop an undulating upper apron that complements the apron just above the floor. Three surfaces on the upper tier allow one to leave the "best" china or items out for continuous display, securely surrounded by solid oak. The buffet below boasts a cavernous interior with doors mounted on steel barrel hinges such that they open wide for easy access. Fancy steel key guards add a nice touch, as does the contours of the molding around the door panels, and the whimsical carved accents on the apron.
