About the Item
Antique Liegoise draw leaf dining table hails from the storied region from which exceptional products have been hand-crafted for centuries! Utilizing indigenous oak, the artisans crafted a tailored apron supported by boldly scrolled legs carved with stylized foliate and escargot scrolls, which are connected with double lyre stretchers together at the center, from which a gorgeous artistic scrollwork with acanthus plumes has been created. The spacious table top is made even more spacious by drawing out the independent leaves one at a time. The leaves just as easily tuck back in to reclaim floor space. Ingenious!
