About the Item
Early 20th century oak extending dining table circa 1900.
Baroque revival table, with oak veneered top standing on a substantial base of barley twist legs united by a stretcher decorated in molding.
Supplied with 3 later leaves which have been veneered in matching oak on modern materials.
Top pulls apart to allow the leaves to be placed into position. There is further scope for more leaves to be added, drop down legs allow this to create stability.
Recently re-polished, to its current fine condition.
Standing on flat bun feet.
Length fully extended: 117.5 inches
Slight difference to colour on central small leaf, this is due to the wood grain used. Minor construction splits to legs, which is expected but structurally sound.
