About the Item

There is a wonderful country appeal to this single drop leaf table that can serve as a side table or small writing desk. The original painted finish is in cream/beige tones that have faded and worn down through generations of use to the natural pine below. Look closely at photos and you will see trace remains of blue and green paint as well. When closed, the table is only 29” deep yet it expands to 40" deep when fully opened. The table has been restored, it is sturdy and ready to use and enjoy. Please examine the close up photos to appreciate the aged patina of the wood; old scratches, nicks, stains and distressed finish mix with the wood grain adding depth of character to this versatile table. Please refer to professional photos for clear understanding of color, condition, and details; photo lighting, individual monitor display and home lighting all impact how item is viewed. Photos are part of item description, please ask questions or request additional photos of specific areas if needed.
