MID-19th CENTURY EBONIZED WOOD COFFEE TABLE WITH INLAYS

About the Item

Elegant coffee table in carved and ebonized wood, with inlays and bone fillets on the top. The lyre legs, characterized by a refined silhouette, are supported by shaped crosspieces. The decoration of the top is distinguished by fillets and carved details that recall vegetal and grotesque motifs, inspired by the Renaissance; animals and figures intertwine harmoniously in vegetal curls, giving life to a composition of class and elegance. This coffee table is a sophisticated piece of furniture, capable of giving a touch of taste and refinement to any environment. It is attributed to Florentine manufacture from the mid-19th century.
