A very fine and rare pair of tables, the timber patina is absolutely glorious, Macassar is one of my favorite materials to make furniture out of, it simply glows in the right light. These tables have a very unique little feature, it is the chrome outside edge caps on the base of the legs, I have never seen them before
You can find these exact tables made in Rosewood and Macassar by Severin Hansen, the only difference is said Chrome additions
Condition wise is very good, they have been cleaned waxed and polished then lightly French polished, they have some very light patina marks here and there as you would expect for 70+ year old tables

Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
