About the Item

Swedish 19th century oval center table circa 1890. Simple and elegant piece of Scandinavian design with this multi functional occasional table. Matched flame mahogany top surface which sits above an apron with beaded detailing around the lower edge. Raised on a barrel stem with moulding at the bottom. Raised on a shaped plinth base and 4 scrolling feet. 2 areas of replaced beading, slight undulations to top surface. Minor surface marks to woodwork in line with age and use. Fully hand re-polished in our workshop and ready for everyday use.
