About the Item
Composed of three interlocking volumes, the M_009 Side Table plays with balance and symmetry in its architectural form. The stacked design creates a striking visual tension between mass and void, with the offset blocks appearing both grounded and in motion.
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
NYC-based design studio Monolith focuses on collectible furniture and homeware by exalting natural beauty through heavy constructions and clean shapes. The studios debut collection "Sanctuary" takes form via nine designs that comprise of chairs, tables and more crafted from stone and wood. Specifically, the collection utilizes locally sourced Jalapa Travertine, White Oak, Recinto Negro and Walnut. The pieces’ natural materials are enhanced by curved and straight-edge modular designs that convey of sense of contemporary refinement.
