Pair of French 1930s Terrazzo Side Tables
About the Item
Very unusual set of two Art Deco-era side tables made of deep red terrazzo (pigmented cement), with swirling, marble-like patterning, and inlaid mother-of-pearl decor. The round gueridon has the monogram LP in the middle of the top. The set of shelves is deeper in color than the circular gueridon. The latter has small hooks running all around the underside of its top. Both pieces are very heavy.
Dimensions provided below are for the taller, rectangular shelves. The round gueridon measures:
