1981

About the Item

Jack Scott "#25" 1981 Interwoven, cross-hatch, charcoal, drawing on paper 40"x30" unframed Signed and dated in pencil on reverse Now available for purchase, this is one of fifteen 40"x30" cross-hatch, charcoal drawings on Strathmore paper, created in 1980-1981. The drawings are a dense constellation of cross-hatch lines that undulate in light and dark, creating a deep three dimensional quality, as if the forms are detached or floating on the paper.
